Dr. Lexlie Ireri Rangel Vázquez, completed her PhD studies in International Business Sciences at the Institute of Economic and Business Research, Universidad Michoacan de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, her research was focus on "Information Technology and Communications in Government for the Development of International Business" She has carried out two research stays, one at the Instituté des Sciences du Service de L'information - Université de Genève, in Geneva, Switzerland and at the Center for Human Geography Studies ( CEGH) - The College of Michoacán, A. C.
During her PhD, she was awarded a scholarship by the Collège de Amériques (COLAM) to carry out a summer school on "Governance, Leadership and Public Policies, with an Emphasis on the Information and Knowledge Society", in Asunción, Paraguay. His lines of research are: Economics of technological change, International Business and knowledge transfer.
She has publish scientific articles and a book chapter related to the topics of Innovation Systems, Information Technologies. She has participated as a speaker in national and international conferences and in an international summit. During his professional career, she has promoted the link between academia, the private sector and the government, managing to participate in research projects in the state of Michoacán with the State Institute of Science and Technology (ICTI). Likewise, as a professor-researcher at CETYS University in the State of Baja California, she worked on research projects in the municipality of Tijuana, the Tijuana Economic Development Secretariat (SEDETI) in conjunction with El Fondo Emprende Tijuana and the University of San Diego. (USD). Her experience in teaching is for more than 15 years, teaching courses at the graduate level in Management of Social Projects, Finance, Entrepreneurs, Administration, International Business.
