I am a graduate student in the Muller group at Cornell University. My broad interest lies in probing quantum properties in oxide materials using Scannning Transmission Electron Microscopy and associated techniques like ptychography, scanning CBED and EELS. My M&M talk this year (A04.5 - 98) will be focused on one particular materials application of multislice ptychography, to study local symmetry breaking in barium hexaferrite.
