I am a biomedical engineer applying light and electron microscopy to uncover how electrical signals spread through the heart. My lab utilizes multiple light (STED, STORM, FLIM etc) and electron (TEM, SBF-SEM) microscopy techniques to uncover the structural underpinnings of this process from nano through macro scales. We also develop novel algorithms for robust, unbiased computational analysis of images and apply them in our research. For more info, visit: https://nanocardiology.osu.edu/
