Dr. Philippe Pinard graduated with a PhD in Engineering from the RWTH Aachen in Germany. He joined the research team at Oxford Instruments in 2016. His research focuses on EDS, WDS and EBSD, in particular the development and improvement of these analytical techniques. He is the Associate Director of Research at Oxford Instruments NanoAnalysis. He is author or co-author of 41 papers in international journals and 18 conference presentations including 4 invited talks.
